The Pain of Unquiet Evenings

We must face/confront/stand against the emptiness/void/terror, and discover/remember/unearth the unbreakable spirit that lies within/deep inside/at our core.

Aching for Sweet Oblivion

The clutch of oblivion was a siren's call, a whispered promise of escape. To drown in its shadows was to still the incessant chant of existence. The reality's sharp edges dissolved under the spell of its sweetness.

To truly crave oblivion was to yearn for a passing respite from the weight of being.
